Papers qualified by the KNK for publication in the conference materials will be presented during the sessions in the form of presentations or posters.

 

INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS

1. Presentations delivered during plenary sessions should be prepared for 10 minutes.

2. Presentations should be prepared in Polish or English in .ppt or .pptx format.

If the presentation is made in Polish, titles of figures, tables, etc. should be bilingual, for example: Table 1. Structural repair scheme. Table 1. Scheme for structural repair.

3. During the session, simultaneous translation will be provided, so presentations can be delivered in Polish or English.

4. The presentation should be prepared in 16x9 format, on the template provided by the organizers (title slide):

5. After the end of the session, additional time for discussion and questions from Conference participants is planned. The presentation can be delivered in Polish or English (simultaneous translation will be provided during the conference).

6. A competition for the best paper will be held during the plenary sessions.

7. Please deliver the completed presentations directly before the session.

INFORMATION FOR POSTER AUTHORS

1. The poster should be prepared in B1 format (width 700 x height 1000 mm);

2. The poster should be made on the template provided by the organizers (format *.pptx)

3. Posters should be prepared in Polish or English. If the poster is made in Polish, titles of figures, tables, etc. should be bilingual, for example: Table 1. Structural repair scheme. Table 1. Scheme for structural repair.

4. A competition for the best poster will be held during the plenary sessions. The author should present the topic of their paper in a brief presentation.

5. The poster should be printed and handed over to the organizers at the conference office at the time of participant registration.

6. Discussion of the posters will take place during the session, according to the agenda.

Papers submitted to the Conference XXXII Construction Failures - ICSF 2026 must be prepared according to the guidelines and submitted via the registration system by the deadline of January 31, 2026.

Papers accepted by the Scientific Committee of the Conference will be published as chapters in a scientific monograph (20 points according to MEiN). Additionally, extended abstracts in English will be published as conference materials.

Each Author submits the full text of the article in Polish (as a chapter in the monograph) and an extended abstract in English (for the conference materials). Selected papers will be qualified by the Scientific Committee for high-ranking journals.

Guidelines for preparing papers for the conference:


Qualification of papers by the Scientific Committee of the Conference will be conducted based on the full text of the paper prepared in Polish.

Among the qualified papers, the Scientific Committee will select papers intended for presentation or display in the form of a poster.
