ACCOMMODATION
To book a stay in hotels, you must first register online for the conference, after which you should contact the chosen hotel directly, indicating that you are a participant of the "Construction Failures 2026" Conference.
The acceptance of the reservation at a given hotel depends on the order of applications and payments.
We inform you that the "special" prices negotiated in hotels for participants of the "Construction Failures 2024" Conference are valid until April 30, 2026. After this date, it will be possible to reserve accommodation at normal, slightly higher hotel rates.
A special price-negotiated offer has been prepared for participants regarding accommodation options at the following hotels:
for authors of papers
Papers submitted to the Conference XXXII Construction Failures - ICSF 2026 must be prepared according to the guidelines and sent via the registration system by the non-extendable deadline of January 31, 2026.
Papers accepted by the Scientific Committee of the Conference will be published as chapters in a scientific monograph (20 points according to MEiN). In addition, extended abstracts in English will be published as conference materials.
Each Author submits the full text of the article in Polish (as a chapter in the monograph) and an extended abstract in English (for the conference materials). Selected papers will be qualified by the Scientific Committee for high-scoring journals.
Qualification of the papers by the Scientific Committee of the Conference will be conducted based on the full text of the paper prepared in Polish.
Among the qualified papers, the Scientific Committee will select papers intended for presentation or display in the form of a poster.
