ACCOMMODATION

To book a stay at the hotels, you must first register online for the conference, after which you should contact the selected hotel directly, indicating that you are a participant of the "Construction Failures 2026" Conference.

The acceptance of reservations at a given hotel is determined by the order of applications and payments.

Please note that the "special" prices negotiated in the hotels for participants of the "Construction Failures 2024" Conference are valid until April 30, 2026. After this date, it will be possible to reserve accommodation at normal, slightly higher hotel prices.

Conference participants are responsible for their own accommodation.

The fee includes participation in the Conference, a complete set of conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, and participation in accompanying events.

* Public institutions (Universities, Voivodeship Offices, County Construction Supervision Inspectorates, etc.) are exempt from VAT based on §13, para. 1, point 20 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of April 4, 2011, or §43, para. 1, point 29 letter c) of the Act.

** For young researchers or members of the young PZiTB staff up to the age of 35.
